Shipping Info: CDs and other merchandise are shipped via PostNL. We are a small lablel, therefore all the merch is hand packed and hand delivered to the post office. We will make our best effort to ship within two days after purchase. Usual shipping times for items sent through regular post apply (about 3 days within the EU).
Return Policy: We are a small, human-powered company which strives to deliver merchandise in the best conditions possible, as well as within an appropriate time. However, due to shipment and handling, some items may get damaged, or a wrong item may be shipped. In the former case we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the item (a proof of damage may be requested). This also applies if items are lost in mail. In case of an incorrect item being sent, it can be returned to us and a refund will be issued. The returned items must be returned to us in resale condition to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning items.
